The faculty and administrative staff of Jocson College were selected as participants for this study because they are directly involved in the college’s tuition allocation strategies. They possess a comprehensive understanding of the college’s operations and services, and can provide valuable insights into the best practices of Jocson College in budgeting strategies for tuition fee allocation. However, the results of this study may not be generalizable to other populations. The study is a quantitative analysis of the tuition fee allocation of the tuition fee ensuring the balance in educational quality and affordability.
