Abstract

Job satisfaction is widely discussed topic in organization behavior, personnel management, and human resource management. Teaching requires a lot of thoroughness and commitment. So in the profession of the teaching is very aggravating. The aim of the study is to find out the job satisfaction level among GJU (Government University) and PDM (Private University).
