This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of time management on academic performance among female Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation students, batch 2025–2026, in Parañaque City. It specifically focused on practices in time management, challenges in managing time, comparisons in terms of academic year level, the relationship between time allocation and academic performance, the impact of workload, and recommendations for improvement. The research design combined qualitative and quantitative methods, gathering data from thirty-eight female student respondents from the Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation, batch 2025–2026, and three informants. The data were analyzed and interpreted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and thematic analysis. The results reveal that effective time management helps improve academic performance among the female students, while poor time management leads to reduced efficiency. The study recommends that female students enhance their time management through discipline, prioritization, and commitment, supported by continued guidance from faculty and college administration.
