Abstract

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are rapidly becoming more and more popular due to their ease of use, manoeuvrability and access due to otherwise inaccessible areas. Their performance and stability are dependent upon the airfoil used which is dependent upon the goal of the UAV. Thus, the selection of an airfoil is an important process involved in the design of an UAV. This paper provides a way to select an airfoil for an UAV by using computer simulation and modern technologies.
