This paper provides a comprehensive study of decentralized social media with a specific focus on the Lens protocol. In this paper, the limitation of centralized platforms is highlighted, and also explores the motivations behind the emergence of decentralized social media platforms.  This paper focuses on the study with Lens protocol as a central focus and discussed its key features, design principles, and implementation.
