Abstract

This research explores the comparative effectiveness of Leadership Development Program (LDP) packages in the engineering sector by analyzing data from 27 clients. The study examines various packages, their associated costs, services provided, and the return on investment (ROI). Through a combination of descriptive and inferential statistical methods, the research aims to identify the most effective packages for leadership development. The findings highlight variations in ROI and offer insights into optimizing LDP offerings for enhanced client outcomes.
